What are some of your responsibilities?
Partner with our management companies (Marriott, Ritz-Carlton, Hilton, Hyatt, Swissotel, Four Season) on technology strategy and technology investments.
Manage the in-house IT department.

What do you like most about your job?
Working on the future applications of technology. Broadening people’s mindset.

What do you like least about your job?
Legacy thinking and dealing with mindsets that do not keep up with the ever-changing world.

What was your first job?
Waiting in my father's gourmet French restaurant.

What was your most interesting day at work?
There are so many! I have often seen the WOW reaction from people when things actually worked liked they were supposed to.

What would you do if you won the lottery?
Share the majority and keep enough to travel with my family and to my family.

When you are not working what do you enjoy?
My wife and sons, sailing, eating, cooking, field hockey.

What is the next technology to impact the hospitality industry?
Wireless, especially in the B2E area to support management and the line employees.
