Booker Software Partners with Infor Hospitality

Business application software solution provider Infor announced that it has partnered with Booker Software.

Booker is a leading cloud-based platform that helps unify operations and automate marketing to help service businesses run and grow successfully. Infor, which serves more than 70,000 customers globally, will offer Booker solutions to its hospitality base, which provides the tools to better manage day-to-day operations and helps to streamline scheduling for spa, salon, golf, classes and other recreational activities on the property, enabling customers to maximize their revenue.

"Infor's Hospitality business is truly focused on the guest, and the partnership enables hotels to benefit from an integrated solution procured directly from Infor."

Booker software offers hotel properties the ability to increase revenue opportunities with online booking of spa and salon services before guests arrive and while on property using mobile and tablet devices. The application offers intuitive scheduling, powerful reporting and anytime, anywhere access to manage the salon/spa. In addition, Booker also allows guests to book all property-managed recreational activities. Guest activity transactions can be paid for right through Booker's integrated point of sale, or electronically routed to the guest's account in Infor's Hospitality Management Solution (HMS).
