YMCA of The Rockies Selects NORTHWIND-Maestro PMS to Grows Its Business

The YMCA of the Rockies chose NORTHWIND-Maestro PMS over the industry’s largest system vendor.

The property selected NORTHWIND-Maestro PMS for its advanced functionality, culture of personalized service, client partnership and cooperation.  NORTHWIND provides the Maestro™ Enterprise Property Management hotel software and solutions for the industry’s leading independent hotels, resorts and multiproperty groups.

YMCA of the Rockies comprises two multilodge properties in Colorado – Estes Park Center and Snow Mountain. Estes Park Center has a guest capacity of more than 3,500, with 10 lodges and more than 215 cabins and vacation homes. Snow Mountain Ranch accommodates 1,200 guests to 1,500 guests in 55 cabins/vacation homes and three lodges. The operation at both properties utilizes a single Maestro Multi-Property PMS on one integrated database.

The largest part of YMCA of the Rockies’ operation is its group segment. Seventy-five percent of reservations originate on the properties' customized group landing pages from Maestro’s ResWave2 online direct booking engine. NORTHWIND’s team creates a personalized online booking experience for each group and event. This makes them feel special and valued. ResWave2 records activity on each group block to maintain accurate availability and provides a custom, easy-to-use booking page with property information, event information and rooming options.
