Steve Cashman Joins iBAHN as Vice President, Americas

September 02, 2010 - iBAHN, a global leader in IP-based and digital technology solutions for the hospitality and meeting industries, announced the appointment of Steve Cashman as vice president, Americas.

He joins the company effective immediately after serving for several months as a consultant to the company’s sales group. Cashman will be based in the company’s Americas regional headquarters office in Denver.

In his new role, Steve initially will be responsible for direct management of the Americas go-to-market efforts, with a focus on helping iBAHN meet the guest-facing technologies and network management systems needs of four and five-star hoteliers.

“We are delighted to have an executive of Steve’s caliber joining iBAHN’s Americas management team,” said David W. Garrison, chief executive officer.  “He brings a unique knowledge of our key markets, with a keen understanding of how to best apply that knowledge to support our customers.”

Cashman’s deep technology and hospitality experience includes serving as chief strategy officer for nearly four years at Exceptional Innovation (EI) where he was responsible for creating, communicating, executing and sustaining strategic initiatives throughout multiple vertical markets.  Prior to EI, he was vice president of sales at Colorado vNet, where his chief responsibilities included product definition and development of the company’s go-to-market strategy.
