Omni Hotels has deployed its new brandwide reservation system, powered by MICROS’ OPERA Enterprise Solution, including the OPERA Reservation System (ORS), Customer Information System (OCIS) and Web Suite (OWS).  Omni will now collect and manage guests' preferences and profile information in a single image database, including guest history and membership information for Omni's Select Guest loyalty program.  http://www.omnihotels.com, http://www.micros.com

Trust International has launched Release 14 of its Voyager|CRS centralized reservation system for hotel groups.  Enhancements include Chain-Wide Rate Loading, allowing a rate to be loaded across an entire chain in a single step; Chain and Hotel Bulletins text message broadcasting to all agents in the Trust|CRO call center application; and new reports in the Trust|View data analysis tool on the integrated Trust|Com commission handling program.  http://www.trustinternational.com
