Maestro’s Latest Enhancements
Maestro Web. Full-featured Maestro PMS is now available in a browser-based option compatible with all mainstream browsers. Maestro Web operates in the cloud and on premises, and can coexist with Maestro PMS in a Windows environment.

Direct Help and Online Tutorials. Maestro PMS provides a new e-learning website with instant user access from any Maestro PMS field. Users may view real-time video training for optimized system utilization and staff productivity.

Enhanced Staff Engagement Tools. Maestro now offers enhanced tablet mobile communication for housekeeping. Staff can remotely update room statuses and provide guest convenience by Maestro text messaging guests when their room is ready.

Enhanced Guest Engagement Tools. Maestro WebPRO lets guests self serve their registration via online/mobile. It speeds check-in and provides pre-arrival information to hotels for planning. WebPRO is an effective guest-engagement touch point that also stimulates ancillary spend.

GDS/OTA Channel Two-way Interface. Reduces operators’ online booking costs and provides reservation delivery, rate setting and availability controls. Channel-based dynamic yield strategies allow independent yielding controls for each channel.

ResWave Booking Engine – Lower Cost Real-time Direct Bookings. ResWave is a mobile-optimized fully integrated booking engine for real-time booking of rooms, group members, activities, dining and spa. ResWave features added online capabilities including online loyalty and guest profile preferences, and has also been enhanced with new guest request options for rooms and amenities to ensure guest booking satisfaction.
