Maestro Expands Functionality in 2007, Offers Over 19 Integrated Modules on Single-image Database
NORTHWIND is strengthening its Maestro Enterprise Suite with the addition of eight new modules to improve property efficiency and boost profitability.  The new modules will be introduced throughout 2007.  All of Maestro’s modules are Web-enabled and integrated on one single-image database to provide a 360-degree view of each guest to simplify management control for chains and independent properties. The new modules include:

  • Resort-wide guest ID cards with encoded personal mag-stripe allow guest posting. 
  • Online table and event reservations gives guests the ability to make dining, spa and reservations for other activities from a property’s Web site. 
  • Maestro two-way GDS centrally controls multiple reservation channels and is integrated with Maestro Yield to maximize rates uniformly across all channels from one screen.
  • Online group booking and group block management is part of the Maestro ResEze booking engine that enables meeting planners and group leaders to manage group blocks by adding guests, canceling and modifying group reservations online.
  • Gift card management handles all aspects of gift card accounting.
  • Online condo ownership booking and account management enables owners to book reservations and view statements online.
  • Signature capture provides electronic signature capture to retain guest information.
  • SMS text messaging provides instant communication with staff and guests.

Maestro utilizes proven Internet technology to empower guests and create greater efficiency for operators.  Maestro’s new online table and event reservations enables guests to book dining and event reservations from a property’s Web site.  This keeps guests and their business on property.  The online condo ownership booking and account management module gives condo owners the ability to reserve their own units online through the ResEze Internet booking engine and review each of their units’ performance on a secured Web page.

Online group booking now improves Maestro’s ResEze booking engine.  It empowers meeting planners with the ability to control all aspects of their group block online.  Maestro’s Yield Management module is also Web-enabled, giving property or chain managers the ability to optimize rates for all channels from one screen to ensure the maximum standardized rates in all reservation sources. 

Maestro four-diamond service is a significant service differentiator to the competition and is a standard component of all client support agreements.  Four-diamond service includes:

  • Free Web-based transition assistance for newly trained staff 
  • Personalized online training classes, webinars and DVDs
  • Professional operations consulting services
  • Free training at the Maestro training labs

Maestro Enterprise Suite
