Greg Duff founded and chairs Foster Garvey’s national Hospitality, Travel & Tourism group. His practice largely focuses on operations-oriented matters faced by hospitality industry members, including sales and marketing, distribution and e-commerce, procurement and technology. More recently, he has been helping clients stay up-to-date with operating in the COVID-19 pandemic environment, including advising on best practices for guest communications, COVID-19 testing and related guest services and risk mitigation. Greg also serves as counsel and legal advisor to many of the hospitality industry's associations and trade groups, including AH&LA, HFTP and HSMAI.
 
Prior to his career in private practice, Greg served in-house legal and business roles with the Westin Hotel Company/Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Homegrocer.com/Webvan Group and at Columbia Hospitality.

Mr. Jan D. Freitag is a Senior Vice President for STR, a Costar company.  STR provides clients from multiple market sectors with premium, global data benchmarking, analytics and marketplace insights. STR was acquired in October 2019 by CoStar Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSGP), the leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics and online marketplaces.
 
STR maintains a presence in 10 countries around the world with a corporate North American headquarters in Hendersonville, Tennessee, and an international headquarters in London, England.
 
In his role, Mr. Freitag oversees a variety of projects, all charged with the accumulation and interpretation of global lodging data.  He is a sought-after public speaker and is frequently quoted in trade publications and the general news media such as The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Associated Press, Reuters, Forbes, etc.
 
Prior to joining STR, Mr. Freitag was the Director of Content Integrity at hotelreports.com in upstate New York and a hospitality consultant with Ernst & Young in Phoenix. He holds a bachelor’s degree, with distinction, from the School of Hotel Administration, Cornell University, and received his Executive MBA, with honors, from Vanderbilt University. Mr. Freitag resides in Nashville, TN.

As a Principal at Serent Capital, Dexter leads Serent's investment efforts in the hospitality sector.  Dexter currently sits on the boards of Serent’s hotel software investments including Knowland, BirchStreet, SHR, and Book4Time.  He works closely with the management teams of these businesses to accelerate their growth trajectories and execute acquisitions.

Prior to joining Serent Capital, Dexter worked at Morgan Stanley as an Investment Banker in the Global Transportation group in New York. While there, he assisted clients in the logistics, trucking, and shipping sectors execute on M&A transactions, equity offerings and debt financings.

Dexter holds a B.S. in Finance and Statistics from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, where he graduated summa cum laude.

Andrew J. Arthurs is chief information officer of Aimbridge Hospitality, the global leader in third-party hotel management. He joined the company in 2019 as a result of the merger between Aimbridge and Interstate Hotels & Resorts, where he was CIO. Prior to Interstate, Arthurs was chief information officer at Two Roads Hospitality where he oversaw the integration of Destination Hotels and Commune Hotels and Resorts to create the world’s largest independent, lifestyle hotel management company. He also held various IT leadership positions at Vail Resorts, where he spent 13 years. Since joining Aimbridge Hospitality, Arthurs has overseen several strategic initiatives, including a major investment in data and analytics.

Arthurs earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont and his MBA from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado. In his free time he enjoys exploring the outdoors with his wife and two daughters.

Dan Kornick is the Chief Information Officer at Loews Hotels & Co in New York City, where he is responsible for all aspects of Information Technology including strategy, systems development, infrastructure, IT operations, internal customer support and working across the organization on the evolution of IT. He is a Global digital and global technology leader with vast experience in multiple industries including Hospitality & Travel, Telecom and Financial services.

Prior to Loews, he has held CIO roles with TracFone Wireless, Wyndham Hotel Group and Cendant’s Vacation Rental Group in Europe. He has successfully led multiple business, technology and digital transformations focusing on the customer and team experience, while leveraging the investment in technology to achieve the overall objectives for the organizations.

A graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics, Dan previously served on the Board of Governors for Hotel Technology Next Generation (HTNG), and currently sits on Board of Trustees for the New Jersey Youth Chorus.

Scott is EVP & Chief Information Officer of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Scott is responsible for all aspects of IT at one of the world’s largest hospitality companies.  His goal is to enable innovation and transform experiences for all three customer groups:  the guest, the franchisee, and the Wyndham associate.  Supporting this, the team has delivered new digital consumer experiences, consolidated property management and central reservation systems globally, integrated two brands in two years, and built out self-service capabilities.
 
Prior to joining Wyndham, Scott was Global CIO at D+M Group (a portfolio company of Bain Capital), was a business unit CIO at Black & Decker, and an Associate Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting.  
 
Scott graduated from Trinity University (US) and University of Oxford (UK – Said Business School).  He lives in Franklin Lakes New Jersey and is an avid runner, a mediocre skier, a freshman motorcycle rider, and a busy father.

Yvette started in the IT industry as a medical systems programmer and took on various IT roles at a public utility before finding her home for the past 23 years in guest focused hospitality verticals. Positions included management of PMS/POS, ERP development, PCI compliance and creation of a data services platform.

Yvette managed the world's largest POS implementation at MetLife Stadium, and. led her team to implement the first subsidiary wide cloud POS system and migration of the majority of the corporate data center to AWS. Yvette's CTO role gave her the opportunity to build from scratch, and lead, new Architecture and Innovation competencies within Delaware North, an almost $4B privately held company specializing in Gaming, Hotels, Parks, Travel and Sports hospitality services. Since January 2021, she became the Strategic technology business leader for the lodging leader in North America for Marriott International.

A member of the Information Technology & Digital and US & Canada leadership teams. The position is the strategic Technology business leader for the Americas representing over 5500 properties and another 1500 in the pipeline. The Continent IT Leader - US & CN provides 1) strategic technology perspective and guidance for the optimization of existing and emerging technology applications and infrastructure for the continent; 2) oversight of all aspects of Continent field based technology activities ensuring effective management, support and operation of all technologies in alignment with business needs, service level agreements and MI technology standards; 3) leadership of technology resources which support all brands; 4) leadership in all aspects of compliance to Marriott International policies relating directly to technology, information security standards, and hardware and software standards; 5) leadership of the Owner-Franchise Technology Council; and 6) Continent representation as part of global technology leadership.

She graduated summa cum laude and top in her class for both her BA in Math/Computer Science and MBA degrees.

Mike Blake

Michael Blake is the Chief Executive Officer of Hospitality Technology Next Generation (HTNG). HTNG is the global non-profit trade association dedicated to advancing the development and implementation of technology in the hospitality industry. Prior to HTNG, Michael served as the Chief Information Officer of Commune Hotels & Resorts, a small boutique international chain, and previously was the CIO for Hyatt where he set the technology direction for their global footprint.

Michael additionally has over 20 years of experience in finance and technology in various roles. Before his CIO positions with Commune and Hyatt, Michael was SVP of IT for First Data, CFO of IT Finance at Kaiser Permanente and Director of IT Finance for Sears. Before that, Michael held multiple finance roles with United Airlines, including the controller of the IT organization.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Utah, received his MBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and also his MS in Information Technology from Northwestern University.

In 2020, Michael was inducted into the esteemed HFTP International Hospitality Technology Hall of Fame joining just 46 other individuals since 1989. Michael also maintains several credentials and licenses: CAE, CPA, CMA, CISA, CITP and is an IEEE Senior Member.

As President and CEO of the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International, Robert A. Gilbert, CHME, CHA, has been guiding HSMAI through a dynamic and exciting period of change as the 7,000+ member organization has been re-established globally to grow the revenue for hotels through sales, marketing, and revenue optimization. During Gilbert’s tenure, HSMAI has achieved tremendous success with a number of initiatives including: the development of expert communities in the areas of Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Optimization, signature events in each discipline,  a portfolio of c-level executive roundtables, the development of HSMAI University’s suite of certification programs and the global expansion of HSMAI thru the formation of HSMAI Global and regional development in Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East.   Most recently, the business model of the association was shifted with the introduction of an organizational membership which are now available in addition to individual memberships.

Gilbert holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University and has been a member of HSMAI since joining the student chapter at Cornell.  He is a frequent guest lecturer at Cornell.  Gilbert is a past chair of the Events Industry Council (formerly CIC), and has served on the Board of Directors of the American Hotel & Lodging Association and the Travel and Tourism Coalition of the U.S. Travel Association.  He also serves on several advisory boards of hospitality and hotel management schools.

Frank Wolfe

Frank Wolfe, CAE, FIH joined Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP®) in March 1991 as the association's director of education. He became executive vice president/CEO of HFTP in 1994, and at that time was one of the youngest association CEOs in North America. As HFTP’s CEO, Wolfe oversees the association’s operations, as well as represents the association worldwide at industry events, on industry boards and committees and via the news media.

As the spokesperson for HFTP, Wolfe frequently speaks on hospitality finance, technology, social media and travel issues to varied audiences and has presented in more than 25 countries. He is also a regular columnist for Hotel Management and The Boardroom magazines. He has been featured in association, conference and industry publications including Convene magazine, Association Management magazine, MeetingTech Online, CIO Review and Hospitality Upgrade magazine. He has appeared on several television network interviews and programs including CNN, CBS, ABC, NBC, TVAsia and Bloomberg. He received CV Magazine's 2019 Corporate Excellence Award for "Most Influential CEO of the Year — Hospitality Finance and Technology."

Wolfe's current and previous director positions include: International Hotel & Restaurant Association; American Hotel & Lodging Association; Dean’s Advisory Board at Hilton College - University of Houston; Texas Society of Association Executives. Wolfe's been an instructor for the Academy of Association Management on topics including association law, finance and technology.
