The agreement will provide users of Squirrel Systems’ industry leading POS and management solutions with a wider range of choices for payment processing tools for credit, debit, EBT, check, gift card processing and loyalty programs. 

The ability to process payment transactions quickly, easily and securely is a key priority for hospitality industry organizations. To accommodate this need Squirrel Systems’ highly scalable and reliable SquirrelOne POS will now integrate with Mercury Payment Systems’ MercuryPay and MercuryGift. Users leveraging SquirrelOne and MercuryPay will be able to see their transaction speeds reduced to two-three seconds with cable or DSL Internet connections. The solution includes free gift card processing and will also help address payment security concerns as it is PCI compliant, meeting the compliance criteria of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard for all credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB.
