Luxury Resort Centralizes High-Touch Operation on Maestro PMS Suite

NORTHWIND Maestro PMS, provider of Maestro Enterprise Property Management hotel software and reservation software solutions for hospitality, announced the Hecla Oasis Resort is implementing the Maestro Enterprise Suite at its luxury golf resort and spa.

The Hecla Oasis is utilizing Maestro PMS, Maestro Analytics Business Intelligence, ResEze Web Booking Engine, sales and catering and spa and activities management on a single database platform to enable a '360-degree' guest view for unsurpassed high-touch guest service at the five-star resort.

Ms. Paletta explained that Hecla Oasis is utilizing Maestro PMS to take reservations during its pre-opening phase and will implement the spa and activities scheduling, sales and catering, analytics and ResEze Web Booking Systems at the resort's opening in September 2007. The property is focused on earning a five-star rating in its first year of operation.
