Newmarket International Launches Powerful Integration with salesforce.com’s AppExchange

Newmarket International, Inc., a leader in sales and catering solutions for the hospitality industry, announced its Newmarket Connex™ is now available on salesforce.com’s AppExchange.

Salesforce.com’s AppExchange, one of the world’s first marketplaces of on-demand business applications, lets users find, sample and select from hundreds of applications that run on the Salesforce Platform. By integrating with Salesforce, Newmarket® ties its leading Delphi® group sales, catering and events technology directly into a company’s Salesforce CRM application, sharing lead information and prepopulating important customer information fields. The powerful integration provides users with an unprecedented level of knowledge sharing and streamlines sales processes for increased productivity and revenues.

With this first-ever hospitality solution now available on AppExchange, Newmarket further demonstrates its innovation and integration capabilities. Newmarket Connex for Salesforce will connect a hospitality company’s central sales offices using the Salesforce CRM application with the properties in its portfolio, giving the sales office user the ability to source group request-for-proposals (RFPs) from opportunities within Salesforce. RFPs, responses and booked groups and meetings business are all seamlessly exchanged with Salesforce; providing visibility, RFP routing, notification and reporting from within the application.

In addition, Newmarket Connex for Salesforce allows users to:

  • Manage room block, event and meeting detail information for group and meetings business opportunities within Salesforce
  • Speed meeting creation to streamline data entry and processes
  • Have real-time access to proposal and booking information
  • See event and meeting details in Salesforce from Delphi
  • Report on business data of group and meeting business from within Salesforce
