Station Casinos, Inc. to Deploy Delphi® Suite of Software Solutions

Station Casinos, Inc. is betting on the Delphi Sales Advantage. The gaming and entertainment company in Las Vegas, Nevada, will deploy eProposal, MeetingBrokerSM and Delphi Diagrams to augment its Delphi Multi-Property Edition® software.

Station Casinos has been a Delphi customer since 2000. Delphi and its suite of software solutions is produced by Newmarket International, Inc., the global leader in sales and catering software solutions for the hospitality, entertainment and gaming industries.

Station Casinos, which recently opened the celebrated Red Rock Resort-Spa-Casino and has several parcels of land throughout the area on which to develop new casino hotels in the future, will use the new software to track business leads, answer proposals quickly and efficiently, and help its customers design and execute events and meetings.

According to Traci Young, Station Casinos’ corporate director of sales, “The key to being successful in this business is to be expedient about responding to RFPs.  In the past, our sales people didn’t have time to answer all of the RFPs that came in. With MeetingBroker and eProposal, it’s easier because the data is in the system and the software fills in the blanks.  When an RFP comes in, it gets answered promptly and the sales person can move on to the next one.”
