Amadeus Launches Online Solution Finder Tool to Help U.S. Travel Agencies Find the Right Fit for Their Businesses

Amadeus, a global leader in technology and distribution solutions for the travel and tourism industry, launched Amadeus Solution Finder, an online tool enabling U.S. travel agencies to quickly and easily find the best Amadeus technology solutions to fit their individual business needs.

Amadeus Solution Finder is an easy-to-use Web-based tool that aggregates Amadeus’ best-in-class solutions and builds a tailored package for an agency in as little as four easy steps.

Amadeus Solution Finder is designed for traditional travel agencies who seek distribution and travel technology solutions, especially smaller, home-based or start-up agencies looking to sell more, make more and do what they do best—sell travel—without many of the headaches associated with agency ownership.

Once the user accesses the Solution Finder Web page, he or she will be prompted to answer five brief questions about information including the agency’s size, customers and business needs. Once the questionnaire is completed, the tool identifies the most appropriate Amadeus solution based on that agency’s profile. Solution Finder also allows the travel agency to further customize their package with additional products before making a decision to purchase online or be contacted by an Amadeus sales representative to finalize the transaction.

Based on Amadeus’ vast experience in serving the technology needs of travel agencies, the company has categorized its agency offerings into the following five packages of varying size and features:

  • Amadeus Mobility Package (formerly Agenta Basic Pack) – hosted solution designed for an agency to transfer traditional ticket fulfillment and operations and allowing the agency to focus on selling more travel.

  • Amadeus Business Specialist – Specifically designed to help business travel-focused agencies to access the content that business customers need and to be more effective in growing customer bookings.
