Trust International (Trust), a Travelport brand and a global provider of reservation and distribution solutions for the hospitality industry, announced an agreement with Leonardo Media (Leonardo), provider of travel content management, e-marketing and content distribution services, for the development and implementation of an interface between Trust's Voyager Central Reservation System (CRS) and Leonardo's Digital Management Asset Platform.

The interface between Trust and Leonardo allows images to be seamlessly transferred from the Leonardo digital library to Trust Content, a content management tool, allowing the most accurate images to be shown in Trust's call centers and reservation centers, Trust Booker 2.0 internet booking application and other distribution channels.

All Leonardo hotel customers using Leonardo's digital platform will now be able to upload images for a specific channel directly to the Voyager CRS. The images will then be available at the CRS, as well as being forwarded for immediate availability in distribution systems and channels–be it the call center or an Internet channel.
"Trust is one of the leading CRS providers within the industry and we are delighted to be partnering with them,” said David Elton, CEO of Leonardo. "The partnership addresses the very complex nature of hotel distribution today and demonstrates the true value that these two companies bring to hospitality companies around the world.”

"Small Luxury Hotels of the World continuously seeks out the best and most efficient technological components to market our brand,” commented Paul Kerr, joint-managing director of Small Luxury Hotels of the World. "With over 400 hotels and a collection of nearly 20,000 photos, Leonardo's digital library tool is essential to maintaining our vast library. Moreover, Leonardo's most recent interface with Trust's Voyager CRS allows us to quickly distribute property photos to consumers and travel agents alike, saving us considerable manpower and ultimately providing the exposure to our properties we need in order to be successful.”

"Images are a crucial element of the customer's decision-making process, but have been a challenge for hotels,” said Richard Wiegmann, COO of Trust International. "Even though hotels or hotel groups have images on file, it is difficult to maintain and display them in the growing number of distribution channels. We are delighted to introduce this new interface between Leonardo and the Voyager CRS that will help hoteliers save valuable time in making new photos available for customers.  This is another important step in our Direct Connect strategy – one of the key initiatives of Trust International."
