The new products build on the company’s award-winning ExpressNet product family by adding support for multiple VLANs (virtual local area networks) and multiple SSIDs (service set identifiers), which offers greater flexibility in deployment, as well as how a wireless network can be leveraged for greater business efficiencies.
The next-generation AirLink products also add powerful new network management capabilities that provide greater flexibility in managing individual wireless access points, helping optimize wireless network performance.
The Teledex ExpressNet solution family offers several significant advantages over competing broadband solutions, including:

- ExpressNet access points are installed to the underside Teledex phones utilizing the patented Teledex ExpressPort device, which snaps to the bottom of virtually all Teledex hospitality phones. This integrated installation method conserves precious desktop space (by eliminating the need for an additional device to be placed on the desk), and eliminates the tangled wire confusion that can be problematic with competing solutions.
Using a property’s existing CAT 2/3 cable infrastructure, ExpressNet broadband solutions deliver extremely fast connection speeds for guest to surf the Internet and use e-mail, as well as for administrative or other back office applications.
