MeetingMatrix International Announces New Partnership with Pullman Hotels to Provide Online Room Diagramming Solutions

Accor Hotels has chosen MeetingMatrix International, Inc. to provide its new Pullman brand of hotels with Web-based tools allowing meeting professionals the ability to create dynamic online diagrams of events they wish to host at Pullman Hotels.

Developed by MeetingMatrix International by combining two of their Web products – Planview.NET™ and ActiveMatrix.NET™, Pullman will be one of the first hotel groups to provide clients the benefit of creating scaled accurate diagrams of events, as well as, producing a 3D image of what their potential event will look like.

Starting with a general property overview, visitor’s to the hotel’s Web site will be able to navigate stacked floor plans of the hotel’s facilities and see digital images and descriptions of key areas such as the lobby, restaurants, bars and meeting rooms. Planners will be able to click on a specific meeting room to get capacity details and use the innovative room diagramming tool to create an event setup. These diagrams are accurately scaled and the setups can be easily amended, saved, printed and e-mailed from within the application. Not only can a detailed plan be created, but also a 3D image showing how the event setup looks in virtual reality can be created.

For example, if a client wants to see what a particular room looks like set up for a meeting or special event, they will be able to use the online tool to do this in seconds, and with a high level of accuracy. Combined with actual 3D views of the event our clients will know exactly what Pullman can provide for them.”
