The extended equipment warranty extends the basic two-year warranty that is standard for all new PhoneSuite systems.

It covers all components of the PhoneSuite-manufactured phone system in the event of a catastrophic failure such as lightning, flooding or electrical damage.  It also guarantees rapid replacement by a certified PhoneSuite dealer.

“With PhoneSuite’s Extended Equipment Warranty we want our clients to be at ease knowing that our no excuses needed warranty takes the guessing game out of what is covered and whose at fault when their phone system is damaged due to human errors or acts of Mother Nature,” said Steve Bettencourt, VP of sales.  “We don’t care what happened or how it happened; all we care about is standing behind our products and getting our clients back up and running as quickly as possible — eliminating costly downtime and replacement equipment.”
