World-Famous Pinehurst Resort in North Carolina Selects Visual One Club Management and Spa Solutions by Agilysys

Agilysys, Inc., a leading provider of innovative IT solutions, including specifically designed hospitality industry solutions, announced that Pinehurst Resort in Village of Pinehurst, N.C. has selected the Visual One Club Management System by Agilysys and the Visual One Spa System by Agilysys to streamline operations at the world-famous property.

Pinehurst Resort already uses the Visual One Premiere Property Management System and the Visual One Condo Accounting, Golf, Sales & Catering, and Retail solutions by Agilysys.

The Visual One Club Management System will enable the resort’s private country club to create a variety of memberships, including golf, social and tennis memberships, track facilities usage, and will post and track membership fees. The system also can print photo identification membership cards with barcode and member numbers, create wait lists for memberships, and generate a variety of reports, such as dues schedules, membership statistics and spending analyses. Because the module is integrated with other Visual One by Agilysys products, sales from the property’s golf, spa and retail outlets can be settled directly to member accounts.

The Visual One Spa System is a flexible and feature-rich spa management system that keeps track of employee work schedules and commission levels, allows staff to insert comments into guest records for more customized appointments and enables scheduling by date, time, type of service and staff member. The system also generates a variety of reports and sends e-mail spa appointment confirmations to hotel guests.
