It has installed both its new Adaco Emporium software and Adaco Eclipse Single Property Edition procurement software at the 265-room and cottage resort.

Adaco’s Emporium software is a complete retail procurement, inventory management and retail analysis product. Enhancing the performance of retail environments, Emporium can be used with a variety of point-of-sale systems and provides tools to handle seasonal fluctuations at a single pro shop or at hundreds of gift shops throughout a hotel chain. 

Adaco Eclipse Single Property Edition (SPE) ensures that the right item will be delivered to the right place at the right time at the right price, and save a hotel considerable dollars in food and beverage costs as well as related labor. Adaco Eclipse SPE was also recently installed at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, White Plains, NY and the Intercontinental Hotel in Boston.

Based in Williamsville, NY, Adaco is serving hotel clients in more than 500 properties in 54 countries, including the seven-diamond Burj Al Arab in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the only such hotel in the world. Hotels also have the option of installing Adaco Starlight, the web-based version of Eclipse.

The company recently formed a partnership with Mediatech Marketing PTE LTD in Singapore to expand its presence in South Asia. The Singapore office provides a one-stop procurement solution for hotels in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines.

A year ago, Adaco opened an office in Bangalore, India to expand its reach into India, China and Japan, besides providing more support to Adaco’s hotel clients throughout Europe and the Middle East. Adaco’s London office covers its hotels throughout Europe.
