Squirrel Systems is pleased to announce the release of Loyalty and Delivery modules that comprise part of their suite of Customer Relationship Management tools.

These modules are tightly integrated to SquirrelOne Point of Sale and bring Loyalty and Home Delivery capabilities to the independent restaurateur.

Squirrel’s Loyalty module allows restaurateurs to seamlessly track guest activity including frequency, spend information, special occasions, guest preferences and much more.   Access to information in real-time at the new back office dashboard and a comprehensive set of reports provide restaurant managers with the information they need to know their guests and turn increased loyalty into sales.

At point of sale, loyalty guests are not only clearly identified on reservation and waitlist records but also on the integrated floorplan.  Servers immediately know that they are serving loyalty guests by a graphical indicator next to the table on the point of sale terminal display.   From point of sale, the server has the ability to access guest preference information so that they can be prepared to accommodate.

With Squirrel’s Delivery module, management of take-out and delivery activities is even easier than before with the integration of Microsoft MapPoint.  This new feature improves speed of service, driver efficiency and helps to ensure that food items maintain their quality.  Squirrel’s Delivery module tracks guest delivery and preference information.  Guest records are easily recalled and re-orders of guest’s last order are quick.
