Multifamily Operator Julian LeCraw Implements Rainmaker revolution LRO™ Revenue Optimization System

The Rainmaker Group, a world leader in automated revenue management software and services to the multifamily housing and gaming hospitality industries for total property profitability, announced that Julian LeCraw & Company, LLC successfully implemented its revolution LRO revenue optimization solution.

Julian LeCraw credits LRO as a key factor in recent income increases.

“Julian LeCraw implemented revolution LRO because of its consistent revenue improvement results at other companies, and it is proving to be a good decision,” said Justin Marshall, Julian LeCraw’s chief operating officer.  “We are seeing year-over-year improvement in total income; LRO is certainly a factor in our success.” 
Marshall also noted that Julian LeCraw maintained 94 percent occupancies during historically slow leasing months while applying LRO’s optimized lease rents.  Julian LeCraw operates over 5,000 units throughout the southeastern Unites States and is using revolution LRO as a Web-based application. Julian LeCraw is utilizing the Rainmaker revolution LRO system on an application service provider (ASP) platform.  The system is hosted by The Rainmaker Group at its secure SunGard hosting facility in Atlanta.

“Julian LeCraw is using revolution LRO to maintain a disciplined approach to rate setting and to reinforce our revenue focus; our managers have been very receptive to the LRO lease rates,” Marshall said.  “We have weekly pricing calls for our property managers where we verify that the system’s recommendations are consistent with local factors and offer input to fine tune our strategy.”  Marshall said that LRO bases lease rates on a large number of market data points that include occupancy levels of each unit type, lease expirations, seasonal effects and comp pricing.
