According to representatives from Hilton, the Bittel USA guestroom phones received outstanding ratings and endorsements from guests and staff during a six-month testing period at a Homewood Suites property in Tennessee.
Bittel’s unique feature-rich telephones stand out in the hospitality industry because of special patented innovations including the No-Hook Hook Switch, which features no mechanical components, enhancing the maintenance free and functional performance of the phone; and the Handset Dial-Pad, which provides another level of comfort and convenience for guests.
