Tarsadia Hotels Launches E-marketing Initiative for Independent Properties Utilizing ZDirect Platform

Tarsadia Hotels has recently launched its new electronic customer relationship management (eCRM) initiative for its independent hotels in California using the ZMail™ by ZDirect electronic marketing platform.

With the ZMail technology and expertise, Tarsadia hotels is able to now centralize all their databases; send targeted and highly relevant e-mails to their opt-in, permission-based subscriber list; automatically send customized confirmations, prearrival e-mails, thank you e-mails, customer satisfaction surveys; and ultimately convert leads and previous guests into long-term customers.
