Onity has announced the appointment of Frank Dyer to the position of director of product marketing.
Based at Onity’s world headquarters in Duluth, Ga., Frank will be responsible for Onity’s overall product management and product marketing across all segments, including hospitality, education, military/government, corporate and marine industries. In addition, he will oversee the realization of strategic roadmaps to increase market share for Onity’s products and define the business requirements to meet those goals. Onity, one of the world’s leading providers of electronic locking solutions, is part of UTC Fire & Security, a unit of United Technologies Corp.
Prior to joining Onity’s management team, Frank was a senior product marketing manager for AT&T, formerly Cingular Wireless. As senior marketing manager, he was accountable for product management of AT&T’s Core Business Voice product portfolio, representing over $120 million in annual subscriber revenue.
A graduate of Wofford College, Frank received his MBA from the University of Georgia and brings over 10 years of product marketing to his new position at Onity. His extensive experience includes managing initiatives designed to increase market penetration and market segmentation through new product introductions, as well as marketing plan development, life-cycle management, business case development, strategic planning, and product development, launch, and support.
