STR Provides InnLink Central Reservation Service Customers with STAR Report

STR will provide InnLink customers who submit consumed data with a STAR Report, which compares a hotel’s occupancy, ADR and revPAR numbers against aggregate figures from the local market and a competitive set of the hotel’s choosing.

The complementary lodging survey is also made available to all InnLink hotels.

STAR Reports provide a hotel with the competitive intelligence to make the right marketplace decisions.  Dennis Cummings, director of revenue management, Settle Inn, GuestHouse Int'l and Shoney's Inn, said, “We use STAR Reports daily in the revenue management department to determine where our properties are in the marketplace and what adjustments they need to make.  Our goal is to raise the STR indexes to ensure we get more than our fair share of the business.” 

InnLink has an extensive base of properties across the United States that do not report data for STR. InnLink will assist STR with gathering additional independent and chain property reporting from their customers.

InnLink Central Reservation Service and STR, both leaders in their respective areas of the hospitality industry, are also neighbors located just blocks from each other in Hendersonville, Tenn.
