iBAHN, a worldwide leader in digital entertainment and Internet solutions for the hospitality and meeting industries, announced the appointment of Michael Yagemann as board chairman, effective immediately.

Yagemann, 52, has served on the iBAHN board for five years and brings deep experience in telecommunications and entertainment to the position. Peter Bodine, who has served as chairman of the board since March 2003, will continue to serve as a member of the board.

"iBAHN is at a particularly exciting time in its history. The company is profitable and growing, and well positioned to provide hoteliers with outstanding and affordable solutions to their in-room, conference and common area technology needs throughout the world," said Yagemann. "I look forward to continuing my service to the board in the role of chairman."

Yagemann brings an extraordinary history of business success to his position as chairman of the board, including founding Greenbridge Capital LLC. Greenbridge Partners has completed numerous merger and acquisition advisory assignments for a variety of clients including Paul Allen, Charter Communications and Citizens Communications.

Yagemann also served as partner, co-founder and co-head of the media/telecommunications group at Montgomery Securities from 1997 to 1999, and spent seven years at Bear Stearns, leaving the company as senior managing director and co-head of the media and entertainment group. Mr. Yagemann holds a Juris Doctor degree from Stanford University.

"It has been an honor to serve as chairman of iBAHN's board as the company has grown from being a relatively small provider of wired Internet service to a family of outstanding and complex applications and entertainment solutions," said Bodine. "The company now has a wide variety of technology solutions for the global hospitality industry, including wireless Internet, conferencing, kiosks and, most recently, digital entertainment solutions. I look forward to continuing to serve on the board under Michael's chairmanship."

"iBAHN has been particularly fortunate to have had the guidance, support and experience of these two business leaders for many years," said David W. Garrison, iBAHN's chief executive officer. "I thank Pete for his service to the company and look forward to his continued presence on iBAHN's board."
