TIG Global to Assist One of Europe’s Most Famous Hotels, Gran Hotel La Florida

TIG Global, a leading online marketing company for hospitality and travel, was recently selected as the exclusive Internet marketing provider for the Gran Hotel La Florida, a premier five-star hotel managed by Hamilton Hotel Partners and recognized as one of the leading small hotels of the world.

In accordance with the partnership, TIG Global designed a custom Web site for the hotel and launched a complementary e-marketing program to maximize conversions and drive incremental direct revenue online. 
TIG Global designed the Gran Hotel La Florida Web site to position the property as the premier luxury accommodation option in Barcelona.  With the use of vivid, bold imagery throughout the site, TIG Global was able to convey the grand architecture, style and history that make the Gran Hotel La Florida unique.  To further enhance the user experience and showcase the hotel’s ideal location atop Tibidabo Mountain, TIG Global integrated a detailed, high-resolution photo tour as well as a comprehensive guide to all the landmarks, attractions and seasonal events Barcelona has to offer.  Recommended calls to action touting current specials and reservation widgets were strategically placed throughout the site to entice visitors worldwide to book their travel plans directly through the hotel Web site.  The Web site also features a guest comments page to further engage customers and a translation toggle to serve customers who speak English, Spanish and Catalan. Finally, all of the Web site copy and tags were written to maximize search engine optimization.

The comprehensive program consisting of search engine optimization, paid search marketing, strategic linking, and e-mail marketing was created to engage the target audience and drive incremental, qualified traffic to the Web site with a high ROAS. In an effort to compliment the multilanguage Web site and establish a larger global online presence for the hotel, TIG Global’s aggressive online marketing efforts are executed in English, Spanish and Catalan.
