PAR Technology Corporation Releases Next Version of SpaSoft® Spa Management Softwar

PAR Springer Miller Systems Inc. (PSMS), a subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation and a leading provider of guest-centric hospitality management systems, announced the newest version release of its SpaSoft® Spa Management Software.

With a unique booking engine, advanced resource inventory, scheduling, yield management and reporting tools, SpaSoft is the system of choice for today’s sophisticated resorts and spas.

SpaSoft Version 3.1.1 is based on the PABP/PA-DSS-validated platform and includes the following key product enhancements:
  • New marketing reports provide high-level and detailed information on customers to assist spa managers in driving demand. 
  • Faster resource set up and maintenance. 
  • New features: Guest Health Notes, that stores medical information and raises awareness about guest health concerns; and Activity Advisement, to store contraindications and other information about spa services. 
  • Direct interface with Givex gift card system which can be used to issue, redeem, recharge, close and perform balance inquiries on Givex gift cards. 
  • Highly customizable automatic appointment reminders leverage a spa’s existing e-mail system to reduce cancellations and no-shows.
