There's just one week left to get the best possible price when you register for the 2009 HTNG North American Members' Meeting & Conference.
The early bird rate of $650 ($585 for platinum members) expires on December 31.
For details, registration links, and hotel information, please visit www.htng.org/dallas2009.
The conference will be held March 2-4, 2009, at the Omni Mandalay Hotel in Irving, Texas - just a short taxi ride from the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
- Last year the North American meeting attracted 360 hotel technology industry leaders, and despite the economy, we expect similar attendance this year.
- More than 25 percent of last year's attendees were C level; another 15 percent were vice president level or above (or held equivalent titles at overseas-based companies).
- With a great program and more than 11 hours of networking opportunities, the HTNG annual conference has become one of the top don't miss events of the year for hotel technologists and technology vendors alike.
- Attending is cost-effective - HTNG's registration rates were already among the lowest of any comparable conferences and have not changed this year.
HTNG is lining up another great cast of speakers. Some of the planned topics include:
- Network security - evolving threats from the outside.
- IPv6 - is it real, when will it come, and what will it mean for hotels?
- Understanding Generation Y - how are they different; impacts on staff and guest behavior.
- The future of user interfaces.
The sessions will include updates and true-life case studies from the six HTNG workgroups. The workgroups made great progress over the past year, and hoteliers and vendors alike can find out how they can use the workgroup results to improve their bottom lines.
Most HTNG workgroups will meet either before or after the conference, on Monday March 2 or on Thursday/Friday, March 5-6. If you would like to attend an HTNG workgroup meeting, please contact workgroups@htng.org for details. Non-workgroup members are generally welcome at workgroup meetings, but advance arrangements are necessary, and a meeting fee may apply.
While this meeting is open to HTNG members only, many vendors and most hoteliers hold corporate memberships in HTNG.
