Trust International Rolls Out Voyager|CRS 14 with Enhanced Rate Loading, Reporting, Currency Converter and Communication Tools to Improve Efficiency

Trust International recently launched Voyager|CRS 14, an enhanced version of its core centralized reservation system for hotel groups, with several additional features and upgrades to help hotels save time and make their jobs easier.

One of the major cost saving features is the new Chain-Wide Rate Loading; Trust further enhances its powerful rate loading feature, that is already unique in the industry with its broad range of opportunities, serving small and big hotel groups alike. With the enhancements launched in Release 14 it is now possible to load a rate across an entire chain in just one single step - a powerful tool that saves time and resources especially when managing consortia and negotiated rates.

Voice agents will fancy the enhancements in Trust|CRO, the central reservation handling engine for call center agents. The new Chain and Hotel Bulletins text messages feature in the CRO reservation mask enables hotels and hotel chains to broadcast important messages related to their product to all agents using the CRO – an ideal push medium to increase most updated product knowledge, sales and up sells. New customizable search criteria in the reservation mask allow an even quicker search for the right product at the right time for the right price.

The data analysis tool Trust|View now features new reports on Trust’s fully integrated commission handling program, Trust|Com. With the enhancement hotels can better analyze outstanding and processed payments by property or travel agency. The reporting will also support identifying the status of a single transaction with a new multitude of search details for such transactions. An alert mechanism in Trust|View  automatically informs the hotels finance team via e-mail if commission payments are delayed or outstanding. This feature allows improved processing of commission payments with travel agencies, who will certainly appreciate quicker turnaround of their commission, leading to more loyal agency partners.

The new release was rolled out smoothly to all clients using Voyager|CRS with no interruption of services.
