PAR Springer-Miller Appoints New Vice President, Client Services

PAR Springer-Miller Systems, Inc. (PSMS), a wholly owned subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation and a leading provider of guest-centric hospitality management systems, announced the appointment of John Darby to vice president, client services.

Mr. Darby will lead PAR Springer-Miller’s client services teams through a period of heightened focus on customer support services and account management. The account management team and the customer support center maintain operations in Stowe, Las Vegas, London and Kuala Lumpur.  Darby has worldwide responsibility for all client services.

Darby has over 36 years of experience serving the global hospitality industry in a variety of areas, including hotel technology, operations, product development and global support operations. During his career, Darby has held senior leadership roles in a number of companies including The Sheraton Corporation, Marriott Corporation, Pegasus Solutions and Prudential. He has a solid record of accomplishments and a great reputation in the industry. Darby joined PSMS in November of 2007 as director, customer support.
