Lucky Eagle Casino Chooses FOOD-TRAK for Its Food and Beverage Cost Control

System Concepts, Inc. (SCI), an industry leader in food and beverage cost control, announced that Lucky Eagle Casino has selected the FOOD-TRAK System for its food and beverage management solution.

Located in Rochester, Wash., Lucky Eagle Casino offers four fine dining choices including the Grand Buffet, Prime Rib & Steakhouse, Center Stage Grill & Cabaret and Sidewalk Deli.  Lucky Eagle Casino will use the FOOD-TRAK Food and Beverage Management System to control its costs throughout their four distinctly different restaurants.
