Magnolia Hotels' choice of the ZMail® by ZDirect platform in the summer of 2008 has proven to be a significant success, generating dramatic ROI and rejuvenating the management company’s electronic marketing and e-CRM initiatives.

  • RezQueue portal, ZDirect’s reservation communication tool: Queue, resend edit, customizes and resend transactional e-mails. Excellent tool for customer service and hoteliers that seek another guest touch point.
