iBAHN Helps Global Hospitality Organizations Build Brand Recognition, Differentiation and Guest Loyalty

iBAHN, a world leader in end-to-end digital information and entertainment systems, along with its well-known and respected Internet solutions for the hospitality and meetings industries, announced that Matt Mitchell has joined the company as vice president, global accounts.

Based in Hong Kong, Mitchell brings more than 25 years of experience in the technology and hospitality industries to his new role.

“The hospitality industry is increasingly looking to create consistent brand experiences for its loyal guests. Until iBAHN introduced reliable, guest-facing information and entertainment services, there were no choices for global coverage,” said David W. Garrison, iBAHN’s chief executive officer.  “Matt will work closely with leading global hoteliers to assist them in creating a global branding experience that will differentiate their brands and their properties.”

Prior to joining iBAHN, Mitchell served DoCoMo inter-touch in roles including executive vice president of sales, chief operating officer and vice president of global sales during his seven-year tenure with the company.  He was instrumental in growing DoCoMo inter-touch’s global presence in high-speed Internet access (HSIA), and also spearheaded the company’s expansion into the Middle East, China and Thailand.
