Pegasus Solutions Teams with Rubicon to Launch New MarketVision Competitive Intelligence Reporting

Pegasus Solutions has teamed with Rubicon, a leading provider of market intelligence, to offer hotels agency and demand reports as part of a customized market intelligence reporting platform.

Already recognized by early users as one of the most comprehensive and powerful hotel market intelligence tools available, MarketVision agency demand reporting allows hotels to measure performance against their competitive sets using various metrics and analyses for historical and future bookings.

This new innovative suite of reports offers some of the best integrated insight into market performance, with available measures based on revenue, net reservations, room nights, ADR (average daily rate), market share, average lead time and average length of stay. Additionally, booking patterns can be analyzed through the evaluation of room rate achieved, geographical source of business, travel agency, consortia/travel management company (TMC), or the channel that produced the bookings. This wide variety of reporting options, and far-reaching vision for forecasting has already directly impacted business for Hesperia Hotels, a member of Pegasus’ Utell® Hotels & Resorts representation service, according to Danielle Keogh, director of sales for the Hesperia London Victoria.
