Ex-Managing Director EMEA of Hotel Information Systems joins EasyRMS as Director of Sales

EasyRMS welcomes Mr. Clive Smith to the senior management team as continuation of the global expansion and restructuring of their global sales operations.

A hospitality industry professional who, after qualifying in hotel and restaurant management, was one of the first to embrace the use of technology in his field, Clive held a number of senior hotel management positions before moving into IT systems for the hospitality industry including positions in lecturing, systems consultancy, sales, installation/training, distribution and finally in the role of managing director EMEA for one of the world’s leading property management vendors, HIS.

“I have followed the progression and development of EasyRMS since the company was launched in 1999 and have been impressed and excited by the expansion they have shown over the past seven years. Having been with HIS for the past nine years myself, I felt it was time for a new challenge within a smaller, more dynamic organization and am delighted to join EasyRMS at such an important phase of their growth cycle.
