Trust and HotelREZ Launch Dream CRS: CentralREZ

After gathering feedback from its 550 member hotels on what their dream central reservation system (CRS) would include, HotelREZ ( has partnered with Trust International and developed the new CentralREZ system utilizing Trust's yourVoyager CRS.

Trust will supply global representation provider HotelREZ's member hotels with a bespoke central reservations system, a customized Web booking engine and direct connections to numerous online agencies. Multiple new PMS interfaces will also be launched. HotelREZ's member hotels will upgrade to CentralREZ the first week of November.

CentralREZ is one of the first systems to give hotels total control of their electronic distribution, from rate build to reporting. The new simplified rate builds are a key feature, enabling hotels to build a rate on the GDS - all in just one simple page - and make it live without having to queue the rate to HotelREZ for checking. The system has a new look and feel, including a dashboard to give hotels a snapshot of the property and how it is selling, as well as user-friendly, on-demand reporting, with pre-formatted reports containing specific key performance indicators and market intelligence. The system also has simplified and integrated commission claims to reduce errors and streamline operational processes.
