Kaba Workforce Solutions Announces the Success of KSUG 2009

Kaba Workforce Solutions (Kaba), the North American operating subsidiary of Kaba Holding AG, Switzerland (SWISS: KABN), announced the completion of their tenth annual user group meeting.

This was the first combined meeting of users from Kaba's AutoTime and B-COMM account base and was attended by approximately 60 representatives from new and established accounts. The Kaba Solutions User Group Conference, or KSUG as it is called, was renamed from AUG, or AutoTime User Group, to reflect the combination of users from multiple product lines.

Meeting in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., from September 29 - October 1, 2009 attendees from 21 different states participated in four learning tracks, networked, shared best practices and premier implementation strategies. From first time users to tenured specialists the three day conference was an open exchange between customers and Kaba developers, implementers, product directors and management leaders.

Conference feedback included kudos for: "The content of the learning tracks, solution sharing, demonstrations of new products and features, meeting directly with developers, networking opportunities, conference organization and that KSUG facilitated user's voices being heard in an on-going partnership with Kaba."

In addition to Kaba staff from across the United States, senior members of the leadership team from Kaba Holding AG, in Switzerland and Germany also attended sessions and interacted one-on-one with customers. As summarized by Richard Souders, president and CEO of Kaba Workforce Solutions, "I know I speak for all the Kaba staff members who participated in KSUG when I say that it was an exceptional opportunity for all of us to hear your feedback first hand and gain your perspective and response to our future development and implementation plans."

Bookending KSUG, training was held at Kaba's headquarters in Miramar, Fla., giving AutoTime 6 and B-COMM customers valuable knowledge to take back to their workplace. The new AutoTime 6 Webinar Training Series was announced at KSUG, offering customers the opportunity to discuss directly with the trainers ideas for additional classes.
