InnLink represents a variety of franchise companies across the country.

InnLink regularly partners with franchise partners to grow its property business, bringing the operational effectiveness of each franchise together with the InnLink GDS and Web booking services. InnLink and its franchise company customers are teaming up to launch a promotional program that enhances visibility to potential franchisees and bring greater value from the teamwork of solid partners.

While some properties looking for cost-effective alternatives to franchise costs may become independent properties, many are looking for an alternative branding solution to align with their objectives. The InnLink Franchise Promotion Program promotes its franchise partners to the marketplace and to independent properties that are looking for a franchise home.  The franchises that have elected to participate with the program are AdVantis Hospitality brands Select Inns and Vista Inns, Boomerang Hotels brands GuestHouse and Settle Inns, Budget Host and Key West Inns.

Key West Inns owner Neal Jackson said, “This is a win for InnLink and for us, their franchise customers. We have worked together to develop a lead process that aligns with our objectives and introduces our brands to more potential franchisees.  InnLink will also provide GDS and branded booking engine services for the property while any upgrades or changes are made ensuring that the property stays visible and has a viable revenue stream through the transition. As an InnLink customer the transition to the franchise services provided by InnLink is faster and easier for the property and the brand.”

“We often help properties transition out of a brand but have never had a formal program to introduce them to a new franchise. We have worked with our brands to offer an InnLink preferred pricing model. As an independent hotelier with InnLink we try to find the best solutions and negotiate the best cost saving option for their success. We have seen the success our properties experience with our franchise partners and therefore, are excited to grow this success with other InnLink hoteliers,” said Kristin Intress, president, InnLink.

Founded in 1991, InnLink specializes in the processing of reservations for hotels and hotel companies. Through GDS/ADS travel channels, online booking engine and in-house call center, InnLink maximizes channel-managed, reservation revenue streams for over 3,000 hotels, resorts, inns, bed and breakfasts, condominiums and extended-stay properties.
