VFM Leonardo, a leader in online visual content distribution for hotels, announced that it has been selected by Aston Hotels & Resorts to distribute virtual tours for its 25 hotels and condominium resorts throughout Hawaii and its two new mainland properties.

Aston Hotels, formerly ResortQuest Hawaii, has been a leading provider of hotels, condominium resorts, villas and cottages in Hawaii for the past 60 years.
Using VFM Leonardo's VBrochure Online Merchandising System, Aston will be able to manage and distribute its virtual tours within a multimedia viewer powered by VFM Leonardo to thousands of electronic channels and Web sites in VFM Leonardo's VNetwork - one of the largest online visual content distribution networks for the global travel industry including all four GDSs as well as Pegasus, online travel agencies Travelocity, Orbitz, Priceline and thousands more.
“The scope of VFM Leonardo’s distribution network exceeds any other we've seen. When most of our guests are finding us online on a countless number of Web sites, getting maximum visibility of our properties is absolutely essential,” said Sharon McAuliffe, senior director of e-commerce, Aston Hotels. “We believe that virtual tours are highly influential on traveler’s purchase decisions and an effective way to ensure our beautiful properties stand out online and drive bookings.”
“When viewing virtual tours, a travel shopper’s likelihood of booking increases by 67 percent as proven by a study of over one million online travel shoppers,” said Paolo Boni, president and CEO, VFM Leonardo. “We believe Aston will achieve impressive returns by merchandising their hotels online with hotel virtual tours in front of in-market travel shoppers across the internet.”
