InfoWorld Names Pegasus Solutions’ RezView® NG Among Top IT Projects of 2009

InfoWorld magazine has named Pegasus Solutions’ next-generation central reservation system (CRS), RezView® NG, as one of the top 100 IT projects of 2009.

Pegasus’ CRS was the only hospitality technology solution to make the annual list, which recognizes 100 IT organizations that have “integrated technologies in innovative ways in pursuit of concrete business goals,” according to the magazine.

RezView NG has been lauded by the hospitality industry as one of the first major redesigns of the CRS in more than 20 years. To date, it has been upgraded to more than 8,000 hotels. Mike Kistner, chief executive officer of Pegasus Solutions, said this recognition from the broader IT community validates Pegasus’ pioneering dedication to creating a better solution for hotel reservations.

Its flexible design, allows hotels to manage room and non-room inventory, availability status, restrictions, pricing and policies per property preference.
