Executive Hotels & Resorts Selects SynXis As their Distribution Partner

SynXis, the Sabre Holdings business that provides reservation management, distribution and technology services for hotels around the world, announced that Executive Hotels & Resorts went live yesterday on the RedX Distribution Management System, which has become the CRS of choice for many hotels around the world.

Executive Hotels & Resorts is managing all channels using RedX including GDS, IDS and bookings coming directly from their individual and chain Web sites.  Executive Hotels & Resorts also utilizes SynXis’s Dallas-based call center to handle all direct reservation calls for their toll free number and individual hotels' overflow calls.  Executive Hotels & Resorts’ properties are represented in the GDSs under the EI chain code.
Executive Hotels & Resorts is a Vancouver based hotel management and franchise company which operates hotels under its own brand in the upper segment of business, resort and boutique hotels. The company currently operates 14 Executive branded hotels with over 2,400 rooms across Canada and the Western United States with several others in various stages of development. 
 
With their expertise in implementing and servicing small- to medium-sized hotel chains like Executive Hotels, SynXis has grown into one of the largest reservations providers in the industry.  SynXis has more than seven years of experience managing private label GDS chain codes and currently handles more than two dozen.
