New Meadowlands Stadium is a year-round setting for NFL football, special events and entertainment.  With 82,500 seats, including premium lounges that span over 130,000 square feet on four different levels, New Meadowlands Stadium requires the tools to allow it to provide personalized, superior service to its fans. This flexible, easily managed solution will provide New Meadowlands Stadium with a reliable, secure, event management system that delivers the business intelligence and operational efficiencies to drive overall revenue, decrease operating costs and enhance the fan experience.

At the core of MICROS 9700 HMS is an industry-leading point-of-sale (POS) solution designed specifically for large-scale installations.  In addition to the MICROS 9700 POS, New Meadowlands Stadium will be utilizing the MICROS 9700 Perpetual Inventory Package for integrated inventory and purchasing, the MICROS 9700 Suites Management application for managing luxury suites and catering, and the Mobile MICROS solution for servicing premium dining areas.  

The MICROS 9700 HMS is fully integrated to one of the most flexible enterprise business suites, mymicros.net.  By compiling and organizing financial and operational information in easy-to-view online reports, mymicros.net offers New Meadowlands Stadium a repository of business intelligence and reporting.  The MICROS iCare Solution provides a suite of customer relationship management modules to track sales and fan activity from a central database.  This allows New Meadowlands Stadium to recognize core customers as well as create methods to attract and measure the development of new customers.
