Rubicon Promotes Tim Hart To CEO

Rubicon, a leading provider of competitive market intelligence to the travel and hospitality industry, today announced that Tim Hart has been named Chief Executive Officer in addition to his current role as President of Rubicon, effective July 1, 2010.

A veteran of the travel and hospitality industry, Hart has long been leading the innovation and technology behind the industry’s market intelligence.

This expanded role for Hart includes focused attention on driving value to Rubicon’s customers and shareholders. Hart will continue to oversee worldwide sales and business development, operations and support, product development and finance.

His experience and travel industry knowledge make him exceptionally qualified to fill the role of Chief Executive Officer.”

Hart was a co-founder of Rubicon in 1999 and has been a member of the board of directors since its inception. He has more than 25 years experience in consulting, designing and implementing advanced revenue management solutions for the travel and hospitality industry. He has had responsibility for the development and operation of Rubicon’s revenue management and market intelligence reporting product lines, including the overall design for Rubicon’s signature product, the MarketVision family of services.

Swope remains as Rubicon’s Chairman of the Board and will focus on strategic initiatives and overall corporate direction.
