Trust International, one of the world’s leading CRS providers and international hospitality partners, has partnered with GestioneAlbergo to offer a channel management system (CMS) interface between LeoPortalsManager and yourVoyager, Trust’s new white-labelled and highly customizable centralized reservation system (CRS).

The latest addition to the Trust|Connect services has been developed for Trust’s and GestioneAlbergo’s joint client HotelREZ and is an initiative of Trust International’s eXperience better business campaign. The new interface sends superior rates and room availability into yourVoyager on behalf of the hotel. The interface is Web-service based and uses HTNG specifications. It enables connections to streamline daily operation for HotelREZ’s partner hotels using the LeoPortalsManager, saving valuable man hours for the hotel´s operation.

“When we joined with Trust International, it was important that our member hotels using the LeoPortalsManager as their channel manager were able to continue to maintain their rates and availability quickly and easily, with absolutely no interruption in this service,” said Mark Lewis, managing director of HotelREZ. “Thanks to Trust International and GestioneAlbergo, this interface was set up in record time and has worked flawlessly. Time is money, so during this critical time when every hotel has had to cut expenses, the efficiencies created via this CMS interface are both needed and very much appreciated.”

“Optimization of customer workflow is something we consider every day as we develop and upgrade our product offering,” said Richard Wiegmann, COO and managing director Trust International. “This interface is yet another example of how we stay in tune to our customers’ needs and help hotels improve efficiencies and, ultimately, their bottom line. The automation afforded by the interface streamlines a tedious task while reducing the potential for errors – an all around win.”
