Microtel Hotels Celebrates Highest in Guest Satisfaction Ranking With Consumers

The Microtel Inns & Suites® hotel brand is surprising guests with chances to win one of 135 prizes in celebration of its ninth consecutive year ranking as highest in guest satisfaction among economy/budget hotel chains by global marketing information services company J.D. Power and Associates.

Microtel Inns & Suites is the only brand, regardless of segment, to be ranked highest in guest satisfaction nine years in a row. In J.D. Power and Associates' most recent rankings, the hotel chain led in five of the guest satisfaction measures including checkin/checkout, guestroom, hotel services, hotel facilities and costs and fees.
