Wyndham Worldwide Prices $250 Million of Senior Unsecured Notes

Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (NYSE:WYN) announced the pricing of the public offering of $250 million aggregate principal amount of its senior unsecured notes due February 1, 2018.

The senior unsecured notes offering is expected to close on September 20, 2010. Wyndham Worldwide intends to use the aggregate net proceeds from the offering to reduce outstanding indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.

The senior unsecured notes will bear interest at a rate of 5.75 percent per year payable semi-annually on February 1 and August 1 of each year, commencing February 1, 2011. The notes were offered to the public at a price of 99.949 percent of principal amount.
