eRevMax Appoints E-commerce Specialist for RateTiger's Corporate Market RTCorp Made Available to Corporate Travel Buyers

eRevMax has appointed Keith Watson as vice president corporate product to lead the growth of RTCorp, RateTiger's rate shopping system for hotel groups, corporate travel buyers and travel Websites.

Formerly the owner and director of Internet Retail Technologies, specializing in search engine optimization (SEO) and Web sales and development, Keith will lead the strategic development and positioning of RateTiger within corporate travel markets. Prior to Internet Retail Technologies, Keith was sales manager for IDeaS Revenue Management and has experience in online distribution and PMSs following successful roles at WorldRes, and PMS companies Ramesys and Hotel Information Systems (HIS).
 
RTCorp provides rate shopping information that will help monitor hotel rates in both real time and scheduled reports. Automated alerts filter the data into exception reports and deliver those to the appropriate manager for auctioning or directly to the supplier.
 
Both travel bookers and online travel agents can monitor hotel rates across multiple channels to ensure that prices are reflective of negotiated rates or conform to contractual agreements. The tools assist hotel group headquarters' to monitor all rates for the portfolio across multiple channels and how each property compares with its competitive set. This data can be extracted from over 600 travel Websites and the global distribution systems (GDS).
