Cendyn, a leading full-service marketing and technology firm specializing in turn-key solutions for the hospitality industry which drive bottom-line results, announced that President Charles Deyo will speak at the International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant Show (IH/M&RS).
Deyo will participate on a panel discussing "The ROI of Marketing" on Saturday, November 13, from 2:30-3:30 p.m. at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City.
"Social media and marketing have created a fundamental shift in communication for hotel operators," Deyo said. "A property must have an enterprisewide 360-degree customer view at all communication points to maximize customer relationships and generate revenue.”
Deyo’s presentation will educate hoteliers on true ROI across all channels to ensure marketing budgets are effectively allocated for the highest return.
He will discuss campaign management and deployment, advanced targeting, and how a single platform for tracking can ensure accurate channel conversion credit-attribution data across all marketing channels.
Deyo will provide operators with revenue generating tools to integrate social media and mobile marketing into their overall marketing strategy. Deyo will address these important questions that will enable hotels to develop a successful marketing program:
- Do we have the right strategy?
- Is our message getting through?
- Are we reaching our target audience?
- What channels are influencing consumers, and what channels are driving revenue?
- How do we measure success across all channels?
