KABA Enhances Saflok, ILCO Web Support Portals; Delivers Online Training, Help Services for Expanding Latin American Client Base and Dealer Network

KABA, the provider of Saflok and ILCO electronic locks, announced it enhanced the service and support capabilities of its Saflok and ILCO support Websites.

The enhancements increase KABA’s training, installation and support capability for its expanding international family of Saflok and ILCO dealers and clients in Latin America and elsewhere.  New features include online multilingual documentation and training materials. KABA can also organize online webinars that support installation, utilization and other topic-specific training modules for clients around the world.

Extending its Latin American presence, KABA was recently tapped for the largest hotel project in Panama.  It also completed its first Saflok electronic door lock installation in Brazil, and began its third construction installation for Mayan Properties in Mexico.

KABA recognized the need for on-site support and it invested resources to build and implement a network of local service and support professionals.  Each Latin American KABA distributor sells, installs, trains and professionally supports hospitality operators in their countries.  If a problem arises, a KABA distributor can be at a hotel within the same day.

The enhanced Saflok and ILCO support Websites have over 10,000 registered users who utilize its expanded services.  Dealers and clients access the sites’ complete portfolio of training videos, support instruction and multilingual documentation offerings from a secured login page to quickly resolve technical and implementation issues and get professional answers to questions.
